Todd Nectoux's practice focuses on the resolution of disputes arising out of commercial and industrial construction projects.  Mr. Nectoux has represented contractors in the resolution of breach of contract claims, delay and labor impact claims, payment and performance bond claims, construction defect claims, payment dispute claims and mechanic's lien foreclosures.  He also has handled insurance defense litigation and commercial litigation for contractor clients.  He is a member of and involved with the Construction Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association, the Construction Law Section of the Texas Bar Association, the American Subcontractors Association (ASA), and serves as legal counsel to the Texas Crane Owners Association (TCOA) and the Dallas-Ft. Worth Drywall & Acoustical Contractors Association (DACA).  He is a co-author of the 'Texas' chapter in "A State-by-State Guide to Construction and Design Law" and has given seminars on a variety of construction-related topics.  Todd graduated from Baylor School of Law in May 2001.  From 2001 to 2004, he primarily defended businesses in insurance defense litigation matters.  He joined Thomas, Feldman & Wilshusen, LLP in February 2004 and was made a partner in 2009.
