Regan O'Steen counsels and represents clients in construction law matters.  The majority of her clients are subcontractors and suppliers.  Since joining the firm in 1991, her practice has included drafting, reviewing, revising and negotiating contracts, preparing and resolving mechanic's liens, and all aspects of litigation.  She also reviews and assists in the drafting of legislation affecting the construction industry.  Regan is a frequent speaker on mechanic's liens and construction contracts and assisted with the 5th and 6th editions of the Texas Lien and Bond Claims Handbook.  In 2005, she co-authored and published an article on recent legislation affecting the construction industry in the Construction Law Journal.
