Mr. Feldman became Of Counsel to the firm on July 1, 2020 and then retired on December 31, 2020. He served as a partner from the firm’s inception in 1990 until June 30, 2020. While a partner with the firm, he represented subcontractors and suppliers in business disputes with an emphasis on construction and his practice included contract negotiations, breach of contract claims and mechanic’s liens.
Mr. Feldman is a native of Dallas, Texas. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Tufts University in 1969, and his law degree from Southern Methodist University in 1977. He co-authored Texas Lien Law Digest, 4th Ed., 1989.
