Misty Hubbard Gutierrez was born in Amarillo, Texas. She graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.A. in Psychology. Ms. Gutierrez earned her law degree from Southern Methodist University in 2007. Her practice focuses on construction and commercial litigation. Ms. Gutierrez represents clients from all segments of the construction industry in disputes involving breach of contract claims, foreclosures of mechanic's and materialman's liens, design defect claims, and other construction related claims.
