Jason Kennedy is a native of Fort Worth, Texas, and received his B.A. degree from Austin College in 1994, with a major in Political Science. He joined Thomas, Feldman & Wilshusen L.L.P. in 2000 after graduating with honors from Texas Tech University School of Law. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Kennedy practiced general civil litigation and bankruptcy law in Fort Worth. In 2004, he rejoined Thomas, Feldman & Wilshusen L.L.P. He represents clients from all segments of the construction industry in disputes involving delay and labor impact claims, performance and payment bond claims, breach of contract claims, and mechanic's and materialman's lien foreclosure claims. Mr. Kennedy also represents creditors in bankruptcy matters.
